![]() If it's a bootleg it's been very well reproduced. ![]() It even came with a white disc tray which seems to be how it was originally issued. The matrix info is correct, at least according to discogs, and the artwork and disc printing is high quality and accurate to images I found online. It' appears to be a 1989 release made in Germany. It's not as bad as some vinyl rips I have heard, but noticeable nonetheless.Īt first I thought it might be a bootleg, a vinyl rip burned to a CD, but everything seems legit. Some examples are: the beginning and 2:45 mark of "Moonlight Lady", the 1:44 mark of "Dear Music", and the very end of "Strange Universe". They are most noticeable during quiet parts. ![]() I recently purchased a CD of (Frank Marino) Mahogany Rush - Strange Universe and when I listened to it I heard what can only be described as vinyl record pops throughout.
